Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order placement.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges applicable — shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available pan India. COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it from the My Orders section after login. You may also receive tracking updates via WhatsApp or SMS.

Failed Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to reattempt delivery or arrange a refund.
